A visualization of Rashmi’s rental units

A 3D representation of the rental ensemble hatched to differentiate between landlord occupied and tenant owners parts of Rashmi’s properties. The houses are built only on one side leaving the other half of the land empty. According to the owner’s calculations, the cost of construction for the foundation is very high and would not be a value that can be recovered even after 10 years of rental arrangements. Hence, it is left open for growing plants.
