Field notes from Ramaswamy’s land rental case

This note features excerpts from landlord Ramaswamy (name changed) and several of his tenants. Ramaswamy’s land was previously used for agriculture. Unlike other cases, Ramaswamy lets out his land to migrant construction workers wherein the tenants pay rent to use his land and build their own houses.
