Field notes from Taro’s large industrial rental case

This note features excerpts from interviews with HR manager of a privately owned large-scale manufacturing industry. The units we studied were employee/worker accommodations provided by the company. We (the researchers) were not given access to study the units therefore our interviews consisted of in-depth interviews with the HR manager who explained the premises to us.
