B's resourcefully built house

B’s father-in-law came to SG along with his wife and three sons on eviction from Raghubir Nagar. As someone who thought and planned for the future of his sons, he bought the plot B currently lives in from his wife’s brother. Using the limited money he could provide at that time, B and her husband constructed a basic structure in 2006 which they lived in till 2013. From 2013 onwards, B was able to raise finances through a combination of different means. She was part of schemes from microfinance companies, of committees and other incidental and spontaneously getting low-cost material whenever such an opportunity presented. She used these to make her house incrementally into the g+1 structure that now stands.
