G's bargain for a better life

G built a house on arrival to SG. The money she inherited from the sale of her ancestral home in Agra and some borrowings from her daughter enabled the construction of her first self-owned pucca house at SG in 2010. Due to a bout of ill health and finding no other way to pay off loans, G sold the house and bought an unconstructed plot opposite her original allotment. She built a g+1 structure on this plot from scratch, and has incrementally made improvements to the structure.
