NL's measured foresight

NL bought a plot in SG, and built a single storeyed structure with a septic tank but non-functioning toilet in 2007. In 2014, having saved 2.4 lacs, NL tore down the earlier structure and built with a g+1 structure with columns. There are many instances of planning and designing with future changes in mind that are evident in the design and in NL’s account of design decisions.
