Perumal's small industrial rental housing

Perumal (name changed) built two kinds of rental units, one catering to bachelors and one catering families. The family rental units (two in number) measure around 678 sq. ft. and the rent per unit ranges between INR 3,500-4,500. The rental unit for bachelors measures 377 sq. ft. which is shared between 6-7 workmen employed in his industrial unit. No rent is charged from his employees.
