Ramaswamy’s (name changed) land rental spans across 1.3 acres of former agricultural land. There are around 80-100 self-built units on this land. Approximately, each unit occupies an area of 162 sq. ft. He charges the tenants INR 500 as rent irrespective of the size of the units.
