RB's clever investments

RB came to SG from Nangla Machi, and built a kuccha structure in an allotted plot and another plot that she purchased. They wanted to try the place out and didn’t invest too much in construction, hoping to sell both plots if needed. When more people came to SG and RB started liking the place, she decided to invest in constructing a shop, before investing in constructing a house so they could secure a source of income. A year later they invested in a g+1 structure as the house, complete with septic tank and RCC columns. RB was able to purchase a third plot after three more years, and also expand and improve her house another two years later.
